Systems maintenance – 29 May to 31 May

As part of our preparations for Confirmation and Clearing (C&C), we will be carrying out maintenance and performance improvement activity which will result in our systems being unavailable during the following times:

• Friday 29 May from 18:00 until 00:01 on Sunday 31 May (UK time)

During these times, the following systems and services will be unavailable:

• Net.update
• web-link
• odbc-link
• xml-link
• Course Collect
• Applicant / Decision Tracker

For applicants:

• UCAS Apply and Track

This maintenance activity is scheduled at this time to ensure systems and services are enhanced and optimised in preparation for the phased C&C dry run testing, which is taking place over the next few weeks.
