As part of our preparations for Confirmation and Clearing (C&C) we will be carrying out maintenance and performance improvement activity which will result in our systems being unavailable during the following times:
- Friday 29 May from 18:00 until 00:01 on Monday 1 June
- Friday 5 June from 18:00 until 00:01 on Monday 8 June
During these times the following systems and services will be unavailable:
- Net.update
- web-link
- odbc-link
- xml-link
- Course Collect
- Applicant / Decision Tracker
For applicants:
- 29 May – 1 June: UCAS Apply and Track
- 5 June – 8 June: UCAS Track
This maintenance activity is scheduled at this time to ensure systems and services are enhanced and optimised in preparation for the phased C&C dry run testing taking place over the next few weeks. As part of the maintenance release we will be delivering the changes required to allow us to provide the unit grades for the Access to Higher Education Diploma and BTEC qualifications as well as the provision of additional examination results via ABL for 2015.
