System outages 29 - 31 January

We will be carrying out maintenance activity from 18:00 on Friday 29 January until 23:59 on Sunday 31 January.

During this time we will be deploying security updates which will result in the following services being unavailable.

  • Course Collect (during this time you will be unable to amend your course information)
  • Application and Decision Tracker (during this time you will be unable to access the service)
  • link products
    - xml-link
    - odbc-link
    - web-link for applicant and institution data

During this time, you will be unable to make real-time updates to your applicant data or send and receive updates from us.

The following services will be unavailable to applicants:

  • Apply
  • Track
  • search tool
During this time, applicants will be unable to work on or submit their application, Track will be unavailable as will the search tool.
