We want to make it as simple as possible for you to flag these changes to applicants. To support this and make it as easy as possible for applicants to understand your plans we are making a series of enhancements:
- Our interactive voice response (IVR) has been updated encouraging applicants to check with providers if they have questions about course delivery changes
- We are updating the text in the AS12 and CU12 letters to encourage applicants to check with providers about course delivery changes
- We are introducing a new field in the Collection Tool where you can add a link to your Covid-19 support and information – this URL will be displayed in Search
- New alert message in Search encouraging applicants to check with providers about course delivery changes
Uploading your Covid-19 URL
Simply email coursesdata@ucas.ac.uk the name of your provider and the link to your Covid-19 support and information pages and we will make sure it is included in the provider information section on your course pages in Search once the functionality is available. This will be ahead of Clearing opening on 6 July. We will also include this link on your provider page in our student HUB.
Provider contact details
We are also giving you the ability to add links to an online enquiry form and a range of social media links in your contacts section in the Collection tool. This information will be available in Search alongside other provider information on your course details pages. This functionality will also be available ahead of Clearing going live on 6 July.
