We have been advised by the Department for Education that following the earthquakes in Nepal, the British Council made the very difficult decision to cancel all summer examinations. Working in partnership with the Cambridge International Examinations (CIE) Board, the Council has arranged for any candidate wishing to do so to take their A levels as early as possible, however this is unlikely to take place until the autumn, with results not being available until January.

Affected applicants have been provided with a letter by the British Council and have been advised to discuss their situation with university admissions teams.
