Posted Wed 7 October 2020

HEP1

StarJ test data is now available for any placed applicants in the HEP1 test environment.

The timestamp is set as 02-OCT-2020 09:00:00 AM BST.

You can only use 2020 cycle test data for testing StarJ imports and other end of cycle activity in HEP1, as all applications have been flagged as ‘old’.

The 2021 cycle is open in the HEP1 test environment, and you can request data to be set up through our ServiceNow portal.

HEP2

2020 StarJ data will be available in our HEP2 test environment on Friday 16 October 2020.

To set up test data for StarJ 2020, you must have created or requested sufficient placed 2020 applicants in our HEP2 test environment.

You have until 12:00 on Friday 9 October to make a test data request in our ServiceNow portal.

You must then import the data before midday on Thursday 15 October. Applications will be flagged ‘old’ at 13:00 on this date, after which you will only be able to use 2020 cycle test data for end of cycle activities, such as StarJ testing.
