The usual turnaround time is two or three days, but due to the large number of applications we’ve received, there is a backlog of personal statements waiting to be processed by Copycatch. This has resulted in SDS emails to applicants and providers being delayed.
If you receive an SDS email after you’ve made an offer, you can rescind it based on this new information.
As part of our Digital Acceleration initiative, we’ll be moving Copycatch into the cloud, giving us the ability to scale up at peak processing times.
