In normal circumstances, turnaround is two or three days, but at peak times the surge in applications causes a backlog of personal statements waiting to be processed by Copycatch – resulting in SDS emails to applicants and providers being delayed.
If you receive an SDS email after you’ve made an offer, you can rescind it based on this new information.
As part of our digital acceleration initiative, we’ll be moving Copycatch into the Cloud, giving us the ability to scale up at peak processing times.
