In May, colleagues from UCAS visited the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama (RWCMD). The purpose of this visit was to improve our understanding of conservatoires, in order to improve the information and advice we provide to applicants, parents, and advisers on our website.
Discussions were held around:
- the difference between a conservatoire and a university
- auditions
- information for advisers
- drama courses
- international applicants
- postgraduate applicants and courses
- information for parents
- widening participation students
We are currently in the process of collating all the helpful information we learnt into content for ucas.com. You will see improved information and advice on the website in the coming months.
