Results of the 2016 HEP satisfaction survey

Thank you to those who took the time to complete this year’s annual HEP satisfaction survey.

The findings are key to helping us understand what it is you feel we are doing well, but, more importantly, what it is we need to improve to further enhance your experience of working with us. 

We’re really pleased to have seen an increase in respondents rating their overall experience of UCAS in the last year as ‘great’ or ‘good’ – from 77% last year, to 78% this year. Over the last year, we have continued to improve your experience, and are absolutely committed to building on this.
 

Themes of satisfaction include our approach to engaging with you, communications, customer service, delivery of Confirmation and Clearing, our improved IT services, and the ease of doing business with UCAS.

Areas of dissatisfaction, which we will focus on improving over the next year, include ucas.com, our data services, MOVEit, and the continuation of the development of our products and services.
