Reporting over C&C

At 08.00 tomorrow, Thursday 13 August, we’ll be publishing sector-level data, providing an insight on the number of accepted applicants as of JCQ results day.

Posted Wed 12 August 2020

This data will then be published at 11.00 each subsequent working day, up to and including Friday 28 August. Data taken from 28 days after JCQ results day will be published on 17 September.

Public releases of data will be through interactive dashboards, as well as supporting CSVs for further analysis. Data released will be similar to last year, with the addition of a page on whether an applicant has deferred their place.

As you have been since SQA results day, you will continue to receive breakdowns of your own acceptance figures results, up to and including Thursday 10 September.

You will also receive the sector-level unplaced report, from JCQ results day until 28 August. This contains the number and type of main scheme applicants who are free to be placed in Clearing.

As well as this, you will receive the sector-level released into Clearing report, from JCQ results day +1 until 28 August. This contains the number of applicants who change providers between A level results day and subsequent days.

All provider reports will be available as an interactive dashboard in the providers’ section of ucas.com, as well as CSVs transferred via MOVEit. The unplaced report will also be available as a CSV in the providers’ section of ucas.com.

  2. Sign in.
  3. Click manage access and open days from the quick links.
