Please remember, if an applicant wishes to swap their replies outside of the seven day window and you agree to it, you need to contact the HEP Team to authorise this change. The HEP Team will note your agreement on the applicant’s record and make the change once the applicant and all other providers involved have contacted us. You can do this any time until 23 July 2015.
We’ve recently seen an increase in the number of providers using the Confirmation reject/withdraw decision, rather than contacting the HEP Team to authorise a reply swap. Please note, if you use the Confirmation reject/withdraw decision the applicant will not be able to swap their replies.
