From Thursday 7 December, you won’t be able to update several of the contact fields in web-link. Many of these relate to old UCAS Undergraduate systems and processes. Others we will transfer and manage in our CRM system, to make sure we have the most up-to-date contact details for you.
Access to update the following contacts will be removed on Thursday 7 December:
- Primary Correspondent
- UCAS Correspondent
- International Correspondent
- Postgraduate Correspondent
- Vice Chancellor or Principal
You don’t need to take any action. But if you want to update any of the above correspondents after 7 December, please contact our support teams:

Our aim is to develop self-service functionality for you to update your contacts, and for this to feed into our CRM, products, and services. We’ll update you when this is available.
