Clearing is now open, so it’s essential you add your Clearing contacts in the collection tool, if you want them to be displayed in the search tool. You also need to do this as soon as possible, to ensure you receive critical text updates, as we approach the main results processing period.
Here's how to add your contacts:
- Sign in to the collection tool, and go to the ‘Provider management’ section.
- In ‘Provider management’, click ‘Clearing contacts’ on the left-hand side.
- Click ‘Add’ next to the contact type.
- Complete the required information.
- Click ‘Save’.
