The on-time outstanding decisions list (ODL) shows all your applicants who applied by (on or before) 15 January 2015, for which we are still awaiting your decision.
We tell applicants who applied by 15 January 2015 they can expect decisions from all their choices by 7 May 2015 at the latest. Please enter your outstanding decisions as soon as possible.
Eligible applicants can use Extra now if you reject them, rather than waiting for a reject by default (RBD) decision on 7 May 2015.
Viewing your ODL list
We recommend viewing your ODL list on web-link, as this provides a 'real-time' version which automatically updates as you enter decisions.
To check your outstanding decisions for on-time applications:
- go to www.ucas.com/log-web-link
- log in to Applicant data
- click UCAS
- click Outstanding decisions list
- select On time – applicants who applied by (i.e. on or before) 15 January
Alternatively, you can download your list from the UCAS FTP server.
The file prefix on the firewall will be X99(your institution code)_ucas_odllist. followed by your security key. For example, X99_ucas_odllist.a1b2c3.
