Please check your ODL (including Extra choices)
The ‘All applicants with outstanding decisions’ ODL shows all applicants who applied to you before 30 June 2015, and those in Extra for whom we still need your decision.
We recommend you view your ODL in web-link as this provides a 'real-time' version which automatically updates as you enter applicant decisions:
- click Applicant Data from the link menu
- click UCAS
- click Outstanding Decisions List
- click All applicants with outstanding decisions ODL
Alternatively, download your list from the UCAS File Transfer Protocol server (also referred to as the 'firewall').
- The file prefix will be X99(your institution code)_ucas_odllist. followed by your provider's security key. For example, X99_ucas_odllist.a1b2c3.
