Reminder: planned systems maintenance – 19 to 21 February

We will be undertaking essential maintenance from 18:00 on Friday 19 February until 23:59 on Sunday 21 February, to deploy system and security patches to our technical infrastructure.

During this time, you will be unable to make real-time updates to your applicant data or send and receive updates from us.

The following services will be unavailable for applicants:

  • Track
