If you’re an odbc-link user and your network infrastructure uses IP addresses to allow traffic from the service into your student management system, you need to add additional ranges, as detailed in last week's bulletin.
Not adding the additional ranges may mean that, in the event of an ODBC server failover, your firewall will prevent you from accessing the odbc-link instances available to providers. If you suffer any loss of odbc-link connectivity, please check you have added all the additional ranges before contacting us.
