The Customer Success Directors are responsible for the strategic relationship with our provider customers.
The Customer Success Team can support you in all areas relating to our application processes and operational policy – they can also support technical issues and escalate problems across the business as appropriate. The team also deals with all frontline enquiries relating to Media campaigns.
