If you have any existing course options starting in September 2019 or later, you can now add HECoS codes to them. If you haven’t already, please take this opportunity to test how to assign HECoS codes to your 2019 courses in the test, training, and development environment.
This change in functionality has been developed by HESA to replace the JACS system, and will require a cross-provider approach, working alongside colleagues in areas such as planning, student records, and faculty members, to ensure successful implementation.
