To download the report in the collection tool:
- Go to the ‘Course Management’ section.
- Click the menu icon (three dots).
- Select ‘Download courses’.
- Select ‘Unistats’ then ‘next’.
- Select ‘Unistats 2021’.
When you have rolled over your courses into the 2021 cycle and set the application statuses to open, they will display in the report. The courseid and progid data are what you specifically need.
You can download the 2019/20 Unistats data from the collection tool until the end of August 2020, and the 2020/21 Unistats data from the collection tool until the end of August 2021.
