More detailed data resources, including statistics about providers, are due to be published later this month. We’d like to remind you that provider-level preview files for the 2017 cycle statistics are available to download from MOVEit, our secure file transfer service. Find out more about how to access MOVEit. If you need to reset your password, you can raise a ticket via our ServiceNow portal.
We’re also offering to publish the 2017 provider-level reports by sex, area background, and ethnic group for 133 higher education providers – if you are one of them, you will have received an email confirming this on Thursday 21 December 2017. The preview period runs until 17:00 on Thursday 18 January 2018. If you are one of these providers, you can do one of the following:
- Request that a technical note of analytical context be considered for inclusion in the technical notes to be released with the statistics. These requests should relate solely to verifiable, definitional, or scope changes that have a material impact on the time series. For example, 'In 2013, provider X99 transferred provision at a campus relating to about 200 entrants to another provider'. Our Analysis and Insights Team will consider any submitted requests and include them in the public technical notes, where they meet these criteria.
- Instruct us to not publish the report for your provider at the end of the preview period.
If you wish to supply a technical note or withdraw from publication, please complete the appropriate section of this form and email it to arc@ucas.ac.uk by 17:00 on Thursday 18 January 2018.
If you have any questions, please contact your relationship manager. If we don’t receive a form by the deadline, your report will be published.
These reports are strictly confidential. Please ensure your planning team and press office are aware of the publication of these data resources. Our full timetable of scheduled statistical releases can be found on ucas.com.
