Before completing an RPA, please check web-link to identify if the applicant has already applied. Enter the applicant’s surname and select the ‘All’ option, rather than ‘This institution’, before running the search. RPAs and Overseas Partnership Forms (OPFs) for non-EU applicants have been available since 2 November 2015.
RPAs submitted for applicants who are already live in the system will be cancelled. You are responsible for checking if an applicant already has a live application.
