To help with seamless processing, please ensure these checks are carried out before submitting any RPAs:
- Check web-link to see if the applicant is already in the UCAS system, by entering their surname in the Personal Id/Name/APR box – if they have a live application they will need to add you as a Clearing choice instead.
- Check the Collection Tool to ensure courses are open. If they are archived/closed this will cause a delay and any RPAs cannot be processed until the course is open.

The final deadline for submitting all RPAs is Monday 16 October but we advise submitting them by Friday 13 October in case there are any issues.
For any applicants that have applied to you directly, please remember that part of your obligations as UCAS customer is to recruit all full time undergraduate applications through UCAS, so please pick up any outstanding applicants using the RPA process.
