We’d like to remind you that if any 2015 cycle applications have been made directly to you for a course recruited for through UCAS, you must complete an RPA before Wednesday 21 October 2015.

You can access the RPA through web-link – the information requested is the minimum required to complete a UCAS application, and what you need for your HESA return. Before completing an RPA, please check in web-link that the applicant has not already made a UCAS application.

The RPA process allows us to complete an accurate record of those applying to and accepting places in higher education, and assists providers in compiling student records and avoiding fraud. There is no application fee, but we do charge the capitation fee.

You can download a PDF of the RPA from web-link for applicants to complete. However, we’d encourage you to enter the information into web-link yourself, rather than asking applicants to complete it.

If you need any support with the RPA process, please contact the HEP Team on 01242 545 734.
