Record of Prior Acceptance for non-EU applicants and Overseas Partnership Form

Record of Prior Acceptance (RPA) for non-EU applicants and the Overseas Partnership Form (OPF) will be available in web-link from 2 November 2015.

Before completing an RPA, please check web-link to identify if the applicant has already applied. Enter the applicant’s surname and select the ‘All’ option, rather than ‘This institution’, before running the search.

You’re responsible for checking if applicants already have a live application. If you submit an RPA for an applicant who is already live in the system, it will be cancelled.
