COVID-19 URL
You can now send us a link to your applicant-facing COVID-19 information web page, to be displayed to students in our search tool’s provider information section, and on every course details page, as a link to ‘Our COVID-19 information’.
To do this, please email the URL and your provider name to coursesdata@ucas.ac.uk.
Online enquiry form URL and caption
In ‘Clearing contacts (Search)’ in Provider Management, you can now add a link to direct applicants through to your online enquiry form.
Social media links
Also in ‘Clearing contacts (Search)’ in Provider Management, you can add links to your social media channels. These will display in our search tool, with the other course contact details.
Course code applications only
If you have courses with only a few vacancies remaining, you can now set these to ‘Course code applications only’. This new flag is located at course option level in the collection tool.
Select this flag for courses you don’t want to display in our search tool or in the Track drop-down list. Applicants will then only be able to apply for these courses in Track by entering the course code.
Unistats display in the search tool and Explore
As communicated last week, due to an issue with the way we consume the Unistats data, we haven’t been receiving updates.
As a result, we’ve removed the Unistats field from the course details pages in our search tool until an alternative data supply is confirmed.
Explore has been updated to consume up-to-date Unistats data.
