RBD (Reject by Default) update

The RBD process has now been completed, making unsuccessful decisions on 9,883 applicants. In total, 11,839 choices were rejected automatically (excluding those where Stops and Delayed Confirmation Decisions have been recorded) because providers had not made Confirmation decisions by the deadline. Applicants will be notified that we have actioned this through Track.
