In our report Unpacking qualification reform – results of the UCAS A level survey 2015 and its subsequent follow-up in January 2016, we recommended that all universities and colleges produce a qualification reform statement, detailing how they intend to accommodate the changing qualification landscape. Feedback from schools indicates that these are a highly valued resource.
We currently have 47 of these statements on ucas.com, and a link to SQA's 18 Curriculum for Excellence statements. If your statement isn’t listed on our website, please send it to Ben Jordan (Senior Policy Executive) at b.jordan@ucas.ac.uk.
If you haven’t yet produced a qualification reform statement, we would strongly recommend you consider doing so. The SPA National Expert Think Tank on qualification reform has produced useful guidance on information that could be included in the statement.
