Publication of 2016 June deadline statistics

The 30 June deadline statistics are available.

Later this week we will also be giving you access to reports about your university or college, consisting of provider-level versions of the following national reports for the 30 June deadline (excluding those with only a very small number of applications):

  • applications
  • age and sex
  • domicile
  • group age
  • individual age
  • reapplication status
  • subject group
  • subjects by sex and domicile

Accompanying CSV files will be supplied.

We will also be giving you access to a further set of reports for your university or college. These reports consists of UK 18 year old applicants, applications, offers and replies covering:

  • A levels
  • qualifications
  • POLAR3

and an application-level report covering all applicants to the provider by:

  • subject groups by sex

These reports are also accompanied by CSV files which contain the data include in each report.
 
As this further set of reports is not based on published sector-level reports we have included sector-level versions for comparison. These are rounded to the nearest five.
 
There will also be a document containing further information on the reports.
 
We will email you when the reports are available. As they contain sensitive and unrounded data, both sets of reports will be transferred via MOVEit (secure file transfer service), to which your UCAS Correspondent has access. You can find some instructions on how to download them in the

. Each set of reports is contained in separate zip folders which can be identified, along with the accompanying document, by deadline2016_20160630 at the start of its title.
