This is why our annual satisfaction survey is important to us – it’s so valuable to have your feedback on how we're doing. If you’re not happy with something we do, it’s important we hear about it. If you have something good to say about our work, why not tell us, so we can do more of it!
All feedback from the survey is considered, and used to guide our improvements. Problems and issues are gathered, and prioritised into ‘fix-it’ plans, to ensure we’re improving our services.
