Provider-level versions of national reports for 24 March deadline

This week we gave you access to reports about your university or college, consisting of provider-level versions of the following national reports for the 24 March deadline (excluding those with only a very small number of applications):

Posted Thu 21 April 2016
  • applications
  • age and sex
  • domicile
  • reapplication status
  • subject group
  • group age
  • individual age

The provider-level versions of these reports are available on the UCAS website.

We have also given you access to some additional reports for your university or college. These consist of UK 18 year old applicants, applications, offers, and replies, covering:

  • A levels
  • qualifications
  • POLAR3

and an application-level report covering all applicants to the provider by subject groups and sex.

These additional reports have not been published at the sector level, but we have included sector-level versions for comparison. These are rounded to the nearest five.

There is also an accompanying document with further information on the reports.

As they contain sensitive and unrounded data, both sets of reports have been transferred via the secure file transfer service, to which your UCAS Correspondent has access. You can find instructions on how to download them in the Secure File Transfer User Guide. Each set of reports is contained in a separate zip folder, which can be identified, along with the accompanying document, by Deadline2016 at the start of its title.

If you have any questions regarding these reports, please contact your relationship manager. We welcome feedback on any of these reports.
