Proposed amendments to the Tariff

The consultation runs until 30 September, and as part of the engagement activity there is an accompanying survey to gather feedback.

In summary, the proposed changes are:

1. We start tariffing all regulated Level 3 (and equivalent) UK qualifications by taking an annual download of qualifications data from Ofqual/SQA/Qualifications in Wales
2. We remove the Tariff nomination process
3. We either completely remove existing unregulated and international qualifications from the tables OR put them into an appendix at the end of the tables
