The Qualification Information Review (QIR) showed there is a demand for more consistent and factual information about qualifications. Therefore, we’re reviewing how we provide you with qualifications information. We are proposing to phase the integration of our UK and International qualifications guides into QIPs – so qualifications information will be available in a searchable, consistent format, making side-by-side comparisons easier.
In order to make this transition, from this summer we would like to focus on creating new QIPs and migrating information from the qualifications guides into the QIP format, instead of updating the current guides. The 2015 guides will remain on ucas.com, existing QIPs will be updated, and any changes to key qualifications will be included.

The proposals have been discussed at the regional forums in March and at the Annual Admissions Conference. The outcomes of the feedback will be announced in April.
