1. Publishing of training programmes
Training programmes that are set to Running by 17:00 (UK time) on 20 September will be bulk published at UCAS on 21 September. This is an internal process in preparation for the October launch of the search tool and does not result in the training programmes being available on the live search tool. The UCAS Data Collection Team will quality check the programme titles and subject classifications for these training programmes and will be contacting providers if any clarification is needed.
2. Design and technology (D&T) and modern foreign language (MFL) training programmes for 2016 entry
Training providers that offer either a design and technology and/or modern foreign language teacher training programme for 2016 need to confirm the subject classification for each of their programmes.
Training programmes that are not updated with the correct classification may not appear in specific searches. Please email coursesdata@ucas.ac.uk quickly to ensure your training programmes appear in as many searches as possible. We need to know the specific programme you offer, for example Modern Foreign Languages, French. French will be used in the programme title and this will ensure that it appears in searches that look specifically for MFL and for French.
Please identify the appropriate subject classification from the following options:
- design and technology (food)
- design and technology (product design)
- design and technology (systems and control)
- design and technology (textiles)
- languages (including the specific language to be studied e.g. French, Spanish)
