We are trialling a new data service this year, which aims to strengthen your recruitment efforts on A level results day – allowing you to reach unplaced applicants on 13 August who could be a good fit for any courses that still have vacancies after Confirmation.
Universities and HE colleges will have the option to directly contact unplaced applicants who closely match course criteria from previous years’ acceptances – providing a far more targeted, focused effort for admissions and marketing teams during the busy Confirmation and Clearing period.
The service will be promoted to advisers in coming days, and applicants will be invited to sign up later this month.
Providers who register their interest in the service will be provided with access to interim reports in May, based on historical data, to demonstrate the number of applicants who could provide a match. These reports will illustrate the level of data potentially available, giving you time to plan resources.
