The pre-approval process for the 2023 cycle will operate from 6 February until the final date for amended decisions, 21 July 2023.
If you chose to opt in to the pre-approved service, applicants will not need your permission for us to action a change, and you will not need to inform the Customer Success team (CST). You can also use the webform to let us know of any reason(s) why you are unable to opt in.

We are keen to receive a response from all providers indicating whether they intend to opt in or not for 2023. If you are not opting in, please indicate in the form and let us know why, it’s helpful to understand the reasons as your feedback may help us make changes to the process in future.
