As part of our incident management process, we’re providing you with an analysis of any incidents which have occurred in relation to our systems and services. View January’s report, covering:

  • unavailability of ucas.com, web-link, and Course Collect for a short period
  • intermittent issues signing in to web-link for some users
  • issues while making payments using Visa credit/debit cards
  • automated emails not sending from applicant-facing system
  • unavailability of web-link for applicant data
