As part of our incident management process, we are providing you with an analysis of any incidents which have occurred in relation to our systems and services. You can view December's report on ucas.com.

This report covers:

  • Application and Decision Tracker inconsistencies
  • internal and external services briefly unavailable
  • providers unable to log in to the secure area of ucas.com
