As part of our incident management process, we are providing you with analysis of any incidents which have occurred in relation to our systems and services. The January report covers:

  • UCAS Apply – intermittent access
  • ucas.com – intermittent access
  • digital copy forms – unavailable via web-link
  • UCAS Track – duplicate applicant emails
  • UCAS Teacher Training search – no access
