In such cases, you can use the delayed Confirmation decision (DCF) to delay confirming their place until after the end of the 2016 cycle. This decision can be made through all link products, but is only available for CF choices.
The facility to enter a DCF is available from 1 September – 20 October 2016. Once the relevant results are received, you should enter a Confirmation acceptance or rejection for the applicant. All outstanding DCFs will be rejected by default on 2 December 2016.
To enter a DCF against an applicant choice on web-link:
- select the decision box against the choice
- select RD Confirmation delay option
- submit the changes
The decision displayed against the applicant choice will be DCF with the reply F. A management information list to view these applicants is available on web-link.
