There have been an increasing number of applicant queries where they have included a choice on their application and later found the training provider is not recruiting to it.
Please remember, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the UCAS Teacher Training scheme, all applications received while your training programme is running and marked as having vacancies must be considered.
To update your vacancies, you need to follow these steps:
- Sign in to web-link institution data.
- Continue to link menu.
- Click Course and institution data.
- Select the 2017 intake from the drop-down menu and click UCAS Teacher Training (formerly GTTR).
- Click Training programme details.
- Click Vacancies.
- Update the vacancy drop-down menu next to the programme title to No vacancies.
- Click Update.
