Reminder: Technology change freeze:
To protect UCAS systems during the 2021 Confirmation and Clearing period, we are putting a Change Freeze in place for all of our production systems.
The change freeze began on 2 July and will be in place until 15 August 2021 at 23:59. During this time, any changes to production services will need to be approved by an Emergency Change Advisory Board, following a risk and impact assessment. The maintenance planned for 22-25 July has been pre-approved and will take place as per the schedule on UCAS.com.
Please continue to raise incident and request calls with our support team via the self-service support portal. If they require a change to deploy, it will be submitted for consideration as outlined above or delivered once the change freeze has concluded.
