During the following times, you may become disconnected from odbc-link, web-link for application processing, and xml-link. Please do not submit any transactions at these times:
- 07:30 – 08:00 on Thursday 19 April
- 07:30 – 08:00 on Friday 20 April
- 07:30 – 08:00 on Saturday 21 April
The following may also become disconnected:

- UCAS Undergraduate Apply
We’re advising applicants and advisers to avoid making changes to applications at these times.
Services unavailable
odbc-link will be unavailable from 18:15 on Friday 20 April until 11:00 on Saturday 21 April.
During this time, we’ll be making changes which may result in you receiving more data than usual in the next import you receive from us. For more information about the changes we’re making, view a copy of our maintenance release, or contact your technology relationship manager.
