Parent satisfaction survey 2014 results

The second annual parent survey was carried out to understand parents’ satisfaction with the information and advice we provide, and any areas we could improve on. Key findings included: • overall satisfaction with UCAS was high at 93% • overall usefulness of UCAS was incredibly high at 99% View the key findings in the results infographic. We’re using the survey results to improve the information and advice we give to parents to help them support their son or daughter in their application journey.
