On Thursday 10 September, we will reject by default (RBD) all applicants who are still CF or CI (except where ‘Stops’ have been recorded). You can record decisions until 18:00 on this day.

Applicants still holding conditional offers appear in Outstanding Confirmation Decisions Lists in web-link – these can be viewed at any time. In addition, a Confirmation Outstanding Decisions List (ODL) file will be available on our firewall from Friday 14 August.

It’s your responsibility to ensure any applicants who have met the conditions of their offers are not rejected by default.

If the applicant is rejected by default despite meeting their conditions, at the request of the applicant we will put the choice back to CF or CI, and you should then make a Confirmation accept decision immediately.
