Our new RPA service launch

The Record of Prior Acceptance (RPA) is one of our accepted application routes which allows you to accept applicants for whom the usual application process may be considered a barrier.

Later this month our new RPA service will be made available to you. This will improve the way you submit RPAs.

The new efficient service will improve the way you submit RPAs, by enabling you to share the details of students you’ve recruited directly during the 2021 cycle. You can choose to submit RPA applications individually or in bulk and will also be able to save draft submissions.

Thanks to everyone who has provided input at our development webinars to inform the change. We will be demonstrating the full service at our next development webinar on Wednesday 16 June.

Primary Correspondents and web-link admins will be given permission to access the new service and can assign the permission to other users, using the new ‘Manage undergraduate RPAs’ option from the provider dashboard. In preparation for the new service, we’ll switch off the current process on 21 June - therefore if you wish to submit any RPAs via the current process please do so ahead of this date.
