In May, we released additional IP address ranges for odbc-link users. In preparation for Confirmation and Clearing, we would like to remind you to add these additional ranges, if your network infrastructure uses IP addresses to allow traffic from the service into your student management system.
The additional ranges are available in the Changes to UCAS link systems technical guide.
Not adding the additional ranges may mean that, in the event of an odbc server failover, your firewall will prevent you from accessing the odbc-link instances available to providers. If you suffer any loss of odbc-link connectivity, please check you have added all the additional ranges before contacting us.
