We still have approximately 100 HEPs who use ODBC-Link yet to migrate to XML-Link. Once the 2023 cycle closes on 25 October applications will no longer be available in ODBC-Link unless they are deferred or have had a DCF decision applied to them. We will make data for your statutory HESA return available via ODBC-Link later in November and the reject by default (RBD) on applications that had a DCF decision applied on 30 November.
All student record system vendors have developed functionality to allow you import applications via XML-Link. Please contact your vendor if you need to understand how to go about updating your system.
