System and security patching

Phase one: 20 – 22 November

As part of our ongoing maintenance work, we’ll be deploying system and security patches to the infrastructure hosted on Amazon web services. This will result in the following systems being unavailable from 18:00 on Friday 20 November until 23:59 on Sunday 22 November:

• web-link
• xml-link

During this time you will be unable to make real-time updates to your applicant and institution data, or send and receive updates from us.

For applicants, UCAS Undergraduate Track will be unavailable.

Phase two: 27 – 29 November

The continuing deployment of system and security patches will result in Course Collect being unavailable from 18:00 on Friday 27 November until 23:59 on Sunday 29 November.
 

UCAS Undergraduate Track outage

We will be deploying enhancements to UCAS Undergraduate Track which will result in it being unavailable from 08:00 until 14:00 on Wednesday 18 November.
